Nestled on the western edge of DuPage county, the Willow Creek subdivision
is a 221 single-family home community in West Chicago, Illinois.
The wide variety of custom and semi-custom homes were built from 1989 to 2005.
Within the subdivision, there are two large ponds that are maintained by the Association.
The East Pond is a natural pond with protected wetlands.
The West Pond is a man made pond.
The name Willow Creek is in reference to the many willow trees that surround the ponds.
Many homes either back up to one of the ponds or are built among tall oaks and other mature trees.
The neighborhood cherishes the open and park like setting of the subdivision.
The active Homeowners Association works hard to ensure this natural beauty is maintained.
An added bonus, Wegner Elementary School is located within the boundaries of the neighborhood,
affording children the opportunity to walk to school.
Close to many parks including Reed Kepler and Turtle Splash Water Park
as well as shopping and transportation, Willow Creek is the perfect place to call home.
