If your house is under contract, please have your attorney email the Board and request a Paid Assessment Letter (PAL). If your Annual Dues have been paid in full for the year, and there are no liens from the Board, then a Board Member will email your Attorney the PAL and the PAL Invoice.
The fee for a PAL is $125.
The PAL may be paid from the proceeds of the sale by the Title Company.
